This position is responsible for leading national agent acquisition, onboarding, and brokerage expansion. This role oversees the full agent growth lifecycle, from lead generation and recruiting to coaching and performance optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.
This role drives scalable recruiting operations, agent success systems, and innovative growth channels to include launching new divisions (e.g., corporate relocation, investor pipelines), expanding the Real Estate Owned (REO) channel with improved compensation models, and building monetized certification programs in REO, probate, bankruptcy, divorce, short sale, and investor strategies.
Additionally, this position leads agent onboarding and coaching initiatives that drive consistent production growth, while enforcing accountability across lead platforms to maximize ROI and improve conversion rates. Through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven leadership, this role elevates brand visibility while driving sustainable growth and operational excellence across the brokerage.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field; Master’s Degree in related field preferred
- 10+ years’ progressive leadership experience in real estate, brokerage operations, and agent recruiting strategy, preferably in high-growth environments
- 7+ years’ experience managing people and leading teams
- Proven success in scaling agent acquisition and onboarding strategies across multiple geographies and businesses
- Expertise in CRM platforms and recruiting technologies, with a strong understanding of lead management, conversion optimization, and coaching systems
- Demonstrated ability and experience with launching new business channels and monetizing educational platforms
- Active Real Estate License is strongly preferred
- Strategic leadership with proven ability to foster a positive, collaborative work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate at the C-Suite level
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization to influence and drive required results
- Collaborative and consultative work style; demonstrated investment in the success of the broader team and organization
- Effective management skills to include talent selection, training, coaching, mentorship, and performance management

Compensation
- The hiring range for this position is $200,000.00 anuallly
- This position is eligible for a monthly incentive
