Job Description:

About the Role

Ensure that SiaX is optimized for profitability, creative excellence, and on-time execution. This role requires the ability to anticipate and answer critical business questions — from monthly breakeven and profit outlooks, to resource capacity, revenue levers, and staffing needs — while setting projects up for long-term success. Blending financial stewardship, resourcing strategy, and production leadership, you will serve as the connective tissue between agency operations and delivery of the work, giving leadership clear visibility into performance while enabling the team to execute at the highest level.

Your Impact

  • Profitability Owner: Own SiaX Creative BU’s contribution to agency profit by forecasting revenue, tracking breakeven, and pulling levers to close gaps (via staffing, resourcing, or business development support).
  • Operational Architect: Support the project management and Account Teams to translate new business wins into executable scopes, staffing models, and delivery plans that balance creative ambition with financial realities.
  • Production Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of producers, ensuring flawless delivery across digital, social, paid media, OOH, video, branding, reporting and product builds.
  • Resource & Staffing Strategist: Anticipate bandwidth needs, optimize freelance vs. full-time mix, and ensure teams are staffed for both profitability and creative excellence.
  • Executive Partner: Serve as a trusted partner to agency leadership, surfacing risks, offering solutions, and ensuring projects ladder up to financial and strategic goals.
  • What Success Looks Like
  • Profit Mastery: At any point, you can articulate whether the agency is on track to meet monthly and quarterly profit targets, what levers exist to close gaps, and whether resources are aligned to support projected revenue. By doing so, you prevent financial shortfalls and resourcing inefficiencies while enabling consistent profit attainment, accurate forecasting, and stronger client and team outcomes.
  • Forecasting Clarity: Leadership has a reliable view of upcoming work, staffing needs, and revenue projections.
  • Growth Enablement: Financial and operational discipline directly supports client satisfaction, retention, and agency growth.
  • Seamless Execution: Integrated campaigns consistently launch on time, on budget, and at high quality.
  • Team Empowerment: Producers feel supported, mentored, and clear on expectations for delivery and financial accountability.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of industry expertise in the digital advertising sector, with demonstrated success leading production operations at top-tier or high-revenue agencies on large-scale, high-volume, integrated campaigns requiring cross-disciplinary coordination.
  • Leadership and communication skills that enable effective partnership with agency leadership, finance, client services, and creative teams, while mentoring and developing senior production talent.
  • Advanced financial and resourcing expertise, including revenue forecasting, margin/breakeven analysis, budget management, and resource allocation across full-time and freelance teams; proficiency with project and financial management tools (e.g., Kantata, Workfront, Monday.com, Excel).
  • Career progression through production roles (Producer, Senior Producer, Executive Producer) with 8+ years of experience delivering and leading complex, multi-channel advertising campaigns (digital, social, OOH, video, experiential, product) on time and on budget.
  • Bachelors Degree
