This position is preferably a HYBRID position based out of Gardena, CA, Lancaster, PA or Greenville, SC.  We will consider remote candidates dependent upon their experience.  BluePlanner TPM & ERP support experience is a MUST. 

Job Summary

The TPM ERP Analyst will work with Nissin’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (Business Central), focusing on its Trade Promotion Management (TPM) functions (via BluePlanner). The analyst ensures that the ERP system is properly configured to manage promotional campaigns, track sales, and integrate financial data. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

The role involves understanding both the technical aspects of the ERP software (Business Central) and the business processes related to trade promotions. 

 Core responsibilities

  • System management and integration: Manage the integration of data between the ERP system and the TPM modules, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Business analysis: Work with business users in marketing, sales, and finance to understand their requirements for trade promotions and translate those needs into technical system configurations.
  • System configuration and testing: Customize and configure the ERP system's TPM functionality. This includes setting up promotional plans, budget structures, and testing system updates.
  • Data analysis and reporting: Analyze data on promotion performance to identify trends, create reports for stakeholders, and provide insights for future strategy.
  • User support and training: Troubleshoot issues, provide technical support to end-users, and develop training materials to ensure the system is used effectively.

Key skills

  • ERP proficiency: Deep knowledge of specific ERP software (Business Central) and its related modules, particularly those concerning sales, finance, and CRM.
  • Business acumen: A strong understanding of core business processes, especially in trade promotion, sales, and financial management.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify issues within business processes, and translate them into effective system solutions.
  • Project management: The capacity to manage implementation projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee upgrades.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical teams and business users.

Qualifications and Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience; and/or combination of both
  • BluePlanner TPM Support
  • ERP Support (Business Central strong preferred)
  • Ability to research, analyze, and interpret data/functionality

Preferred:

  • TPM administration experience with other TPM tools
  • ERP support with other SMB ERP Options (Oracle, SAP, Epicor, etc)
