Machine Operator (Vertical Form Fill Seal) – Food Production at Rosina Food Products, Inc.

If you’ve worked with Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) machines—including Triangle packaging equipment (our primary machines) or other popular brands like Sandiacre, Hayssen, Viking, Matrix, Bosch, or Illapak—this is your chance to bring your skills to a company that feels like family.

• $23–$25/hr depending on experience

• $1.00/hour shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shift

What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor Triangle vertical form fill seal packaging machines and similar VFFS equipment (Sandiacre, Hayssen, Viking, Matrix, Bosch, Illapak)

• Perform quality checks and complete required sanitation tasks

• Follow all safety and food safety guidelines (USDA, FDA, HACCP, GMPs)

• Troubleshoot and make minor machine adjustments to maintain efficiency and reduce downtime

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

• Collaborate with your team to hit production goals

• Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ months experience in food manufacturing, packaging, or similar production environment

• Hands-on experience with VFFS machines (Triangle preferred)

• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in hot, cold, or loud settings

• Willingness to learn, train, and grow with us

Shifts Available

• 2nd Shift: 3:00PM – 11:30PM

• 3rd Shift: 11:00PM – 7:30AM
