Key responsibilities
- Maintain professional, timely, and effective communication with our customers
 - Take responsibility for all aspects of account administration, including handling account queries and providing commercial support
 - Manage customer orders and requests in line with company procedures, and suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness
 - Resolve service issues by clarifying customer complaints, investigating root causes, finding solutions, and escalating appropriately to your Lead, Supervisor, or Manager
 - Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customers through effective account management
 - Keep your knowledge of products, customers, processes, and suppliers up-to-date
 - Build strong working relationships with the supply chain and all departments, including the commercial team, and collaborate with your Supervisor or Manager to enhance customer service
 - Support the collection of information to help implement improvements across the business
 - Remain fully flexible to meet changing business needs
 
Qualifications and skills
- Third level qualification required
 - Additional language skills (French, German, or Spanish) are a plus, but not essential
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - The ability to integrate and work effectively with others in a changing environment
 - High level of attention to detail and strong organisational, analytical, problem solving and administrative skills
 - A team player
 - A strong desire for continuous learning and a desire to grow professionally
