Who are we looking for?
What will you be doing?
- Assist in monitoring and optimizing chemical production processes.
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of operational issues.
- Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Help update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure documentation compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, and EHS.
- Shadow experienced professionals to gain insights into plant operations and safety practices.
Who are You?
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior internship or project experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.
- Basic understanding of chemical processes, safety standards, and industrial equipment.
- Strong academic performance and a genuine interest in manufacturing operations.
