What will I be doing?

We are looking for a Field Enablement Program Manager to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Demonstrate proficiency in program strategy and execution within the business domain.
  • Identify and analyze data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for improvements.
  • Plan and manage multiple complex, interdependent projects/programs with concise feedback and communication to all stakeholders.
  • Use communications effectively to inform and influence intended audiences. Proactively network with stakeholders to advocate for program needs and success.
  • Remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas, and maintain strong customer focus.
  • Apply technical judgment to drive project delivery, conduct technology reviews, challenge proposals, and build consensus.
  • Track, analyze, and make recommendations on budget spend for projects. Own metrics to define and support ROI for client initiatives and partnerships.
  • Manage client proprietary tools and leverage data insights to ensure clean and accurate transfer of data.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships through consistent on-time delivery of commitments and effective communication.
  • Track and document integration milestones across partners; maintain internal status logs and readiness trackers to support growth of retail auto-renew mix. Build optimal purchase experience benchmarks and field playbook.
  • Provide administrative support for recurring syncs, action tracking, and SharePoint content management—ensuring compliance and internal alignment without representing Microsoft externally.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years working with payment processors, payment integration, recurring billing programs, e-commerce teams, digital licenses, and/or telcos.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Project and process management skills.
  • Outstanding, demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful or ambiguous environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Knowledge of PM software a plus. 

Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or equivalent practical experience - MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in program management or equivalent role managing independent or cross functional projects – Experience working in or adjacent to Marketing or Sales Field teams a huge plus.
  • Experience working with recurring billing, payments/payment processors, finance, subscriptions, digital licenses, and/or telcos is required.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead large scale projects and growth initiatives
  • Experience with managing, leading, and supporting robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders 

Salary Range 

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $95,000 to $120,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.

Location: Onsite preferred - Bellevue, WA.  However, remote will be considered.
