Description
Gravity Haus is seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our Membership Sales team. We’re looking for ambitious individuals with a proven track record of success, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for expanding our prospect database through phone and email outreach, hosting and organizing events, meeting with prospective members, and conducting tours. With unlimited earning potential and exclusive travel perks to Gravity Haus destinations, this position offers both financial rewards and exciting benefits. The on-target earnings (OTE) are tied to successfully hitting quota achievement.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Recruitment (Sales) and Retention
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Member Success teams to develop and implement plans to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Execute both inside/outside sales initiatives to attract new members and facilitate the application and onboarding process.
- Manage monthly/quarterly/annual membership sales goals.
- Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage pipeline, track progress against targets, and deliver accurate forecasts.
- Support long-term retention efforts by working with Member Success on renewals, referrals, and churn reduction strategies.
Membership Engagement and Programming:
- Promote and oversee a variety of member events, activities, and programming to enhance community engagement and foster member connections.
- Collaborate with club committees and staff to plan and execute social gatherings, educational workshops, and special events.
- Utilize events and activations as sales channels to generate new leads and drive conversions.
- Ensure that all programming aligns with the interests and preferences of the Gravity Haus membership base.
Marketing and Promotion
- Collaborate with the Events, Partnerships, & Marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns and promotional initiatives to attract prospective members and increase club visibility.
- Utilize various channels, including social media, email marketing, digital sales funnels, and targeted outreach, to promote membership offerings and events.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling content and materials to showcase Gravity Haus’ membership amenities and benefits.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle memberships, or related industries.
- Proven sales success with the ability to prospect, forecast, and consistently achieve or exceed membership sales goals.
- CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred) with strong organizational skills and experience tracking key membership KPIs (ARR, MRR, churn, retention).
- Strong communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships, deliver exceptional service, and foster inclusive communities.
Creative and strategic thinker who can design and implement effective plans to attract, engage, and retain members. - Adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, solves problems proactively, and collaborates across teams.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. - Data-driven mindset with sales analytics experience.
- Events experience is preferred.
