The Sales Performance Intern position is a 10-week paid internship program designed to provide you with hands on experience that aligns with your interests and skillsets. Throughout your internship you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects to gain practical skills, industry knowledge, and contribute to projects that directly impact the business. In addition, you will gain exposure to our senior leadership through our Amp’d Up with Leader Series and participate in different social activities with other interns and team members. To support your professional development, you will also have access to a variety of workshops designed to help you develop professional skills and you will be assigned a mentor in an area of interest to help you along the way.

The Sales Performance Intern position is the perfect opportunity to amp up your career if you have a mind for driving sales performance through data analysis, routine optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and franchisees. The role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, with direct exposure to strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support the execution and continuous improvement of weekly recurring sales performance routines for multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely insights and actionable outcomes
  • Collaborate on program management activities, contributing to the development and enhancement of new or existing initiatives that drive engagement and measurable business impact
  • Help analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities, translating findings into clear, actionable summaries 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and franchisees, to support aligned performance efforts

Required Qualifications: 

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, Business Administration or related field.
  • Current Sophomore or Junior with a graduation date between May/June 2027 – 2028
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Strong inclination to data analysis combined with the same attention and focus to the business impacts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership experience through involvement in student organizations, volunteer work, or previous experience
  • Has worked within a retail or health clinic environment previously
  • Familiar or experience working in Power BI, Tableau or other visualization tool

Compensation: Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be $20/hr-$21/hr

Working model and hours: Our internship runs for 10 weeks and is designed as a hybrid experience—spend three days each week collaborating in-person at our Minneapolis headquarters and two days working remotely. Interns work about 40 hours per week.
