Digital Consultants seeks a Program/Project Manager II to provide program leadership and management support for RMF accreditation, cybersecurity, and engineering efforts supporting NSWCPD Department 50. The PM will oversee technical execution, schedules, deliverables, and compliance with Navy/NAVSEA standards.


Duties to include:

  • Manage overall task order performance, including technical, cost, and schedule oversight.
  • Coordinate RMF, cybersecurity, and validation tasking across multiple platforms.
  • Lead program reviews, track deliverables, and enforce compliance with NAVSEA PWS and CDRL requirements.
  • Act as primary liaison to the COR, PCO, and Navy stakeholders, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Provide risk management, resource planning, and personnel supervision across the contract team.

Requirements

  • Clearance: Secret
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in technical or managerial discipline.
  • Experience: 10 Years of program/project management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Demonstrated experience in managing multi-year, large-scale Navy or DoD cybersecurity/engineering efforts. Familiarity with RMF, NIST 800-53, and Navy cybersecurity governance.
  • Certifications: PMP desired
  • Physical Requirements: The candidate must, with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to sit, stand, use computers and monitors, and perform duties in an office environment for extended periods. The candidate must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on occasion (e.g., moving a case of paper or similar task) that may occur occasionally.
