What You’ll Do

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and reconditioning on pre-owned vehicles.
• Ensure all vehicles meet internal and manufacturer quality standards before resale.
• Conduct efficient, accurate repairs across all major systems: engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, HVAC, electrical, and more.
• Work closely with Service Advisors to provide clear recommendations and documentation.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and contribute to a culture of teamwork and customer-first service.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced automotive technician with a strong background in pre-owned vehicle reconditioning.
• Hyundai experience preferred, but not required.
• ASE certifications (or willingness to obtain with dealership support).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Professional demeanor, teamwork mindset, and excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Time Off & Holidays

Paid Time Off (PTO):

                           10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked

Requirements

• Applicants must be able to Perform Diagnostics and Repairs on late model vehicles.
• Must be able to work well with others within a team concept and environment.
• Candidates must have excellent work ethics, communication skills and the ability to execute maintenance and repair processes that meet time expectations to be successful.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable to drive.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check and illegal drug screening.
