We’re currently seeking a reliable and professional Night-Shift Security Officer (Unarmed, Mobile Patrol) to provide security coverage at our Fife, WA campus, which includes:

Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly patrols of dealership lots, service areas, and facilities across the Fife campus using a company vehicle.
- Monitor for suspicious activity, unauthorized access, or property damage.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or safety concerns.
- Complete detailed incident and patrol reports.
- Ensure gates, doors, and vehicles are secure throughout the shift.
- Communicate with management regarding security issues or risks.
- Provide courteous assistance to employees or authorized visitors after hours.
Schedule & Compensation
- Night shift (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM), including weekends and holidays.
- Pay range: $21.00 – $25.00/hour.

Time Off & Holidays
Paid Time Off (PTO):
o Accrual begins on your first day.
o Eligible to use after 90 days of employment.
o Accrual schedule:
0–2 years: 1 hour per 40 hours worked
3–10 years: 1.53 hours per 40 hours worked
10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked
Paid Holidays: Hourly employees receive six paid holidays per year.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years of age.
- Valid Washington State driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Current Washington State Unarmed Security Guard License (or ability to obtain).
- Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
- Strong observational, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
