The Center Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring participant programming is delivered. As Center Coordinator, your role will involve scheduling and coordinating all 1:1 and group participant sessions for the care team, dynamically updating schedules, and answering phone calls from participants and community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities - your role will involve:
- Managing a master calendar of participant 1:1 and group sessions within Concordance’s scheduling software
- Adapting schedules daily to account for community appointments, participant and team member availability, and participant needs
- Collaborating with team members to ensure participant appointments are scheduled to meet their needs, including triaging urgent needs
- Communicating upcoming schedules for 1:1 and group sessions to participants and team members
- Directing, coordinating, and resolving ad hoc participant questions
- Confirming scheduled sessions and event attendance
- Connecting participants and their families with community faith organizations
- Documenting sessions (for individuals and groups), including noteworthy participant interactions
- Participating in internal meetings (Behavioral Health and Wellness team meetings, All Team meetings, 1:1 supervisor meetings, and training sessions)
- Occasionally, help set up for Center events or move classrooms around, including but not limited to carrying and setting up tables and chairs.

- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and compassion in all interactions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- CPR/adult first aid certification preferred
- Experience working with vulnerable populations preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage detailed schedules and collaborate with others in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Sit or stand, lift, and walk for a considerable amount of time throughout the day.
