What You'll Do: 

  • Support the Onboarding process, including facilitation of New Hire Orientations, conduct the I-9/E-Verify process, and new hire data audits.
  • Educate employees on company policies and practices, respond to employee inquiries timely and effectively.
  • Provide assistance with first-tier employee questions and escalate complex questions to appropriate parties.
  • Generate and maintain documentation related to employee actions (promotions, transfers, etc.) and process in HRIS system.
  • Support the Offboarding process by coordinating logistics, assisting with exit interviews, and ensuring communication with partners regarding final pay, benefits, and equipment returns.
  • Create general employee data reports as requested.
  • Work in partnership with the broader HR Operations team (HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Immigration, Employee Relations) and provide support to HRBP team as needed.
  • Assists with review and monitoring of plans and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Contribute effectively to priority projects and initiatives at the HR-wide and business team level, including M&A and other strategic impact priorities.
  • Work on special projects as assigned
  • Assist with administrative, operational, and system support for the Benefits Team. 
  • Work on special projects as assigned and other duties as needed. 

 What We're Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related degree preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant HR administration experience, directly supporting employees in a corporate setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and application of federal and state employment laws.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational acumen.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to write or speak about complex issues.
  • Ability to handle matters of confidentiality with the utmost tact and diplomacy.
  • HRIS experience (Workday experience a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Experience and exposure to a variety of HR facets including Leave Administration, Benefits, Payroll, HRIS and Employee Relations
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and often-changing environment: Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize quickly, pivot to new priorities.
  • Strong team player with high bias to action and accountability.
  • Driven, goal-oriented and focused. Always seeking ways to improve and challenge the status quo.

Compensation

  • USA Compensation Range: $26.92 - $33.65/hour*
    • *Note actual salary is based on qualifications and experience
