We’re searching for a Senior Project Manager, someone who’s ready to be part of the best ranked children’s hospital in Texas, and among the best in the nation. In this position, you will lead and be responsible for projects which are complex, multi-disciplinary and enterprise-wide to provide expertise in short and long-term assignments internal and external to the designated areas of responsibilities. Key functions of this role include team development, monitoring, and guidance; work process analysis and improvement, data analysis and creative problem solving, and facilitation of various strategic initiatives.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
·       Manages multiple complex projects.
·       Manages projects delegated by leadership including, but not limited to, business planning and development, strategic planning, financial analysis, development of affiliations and contracts, medical staffing, facilities planning and construction, and operations planning and development.
·       Coordinates resources needed for completion of assigned projects. Includes managing and coordinating data, information and/or personnel.
·       Manages the completion of projects/assessments. Monitors progress against plan and budget. When necessary, adjusts plan with approval of project sponsors.
·       Maintains regular communication with project stakeholders regarding progress of project/assessment.
·       Analyzes issues and data related to projects and presents findings to leadership for effective decision-making. Presents recommendations orally and in writing in a clear, concise format.
·       Follow-up during and after assignments to evaluate the effectiveness of the project.
·       Serves as lead and point-person for long-term projects as requested.
·       Performs a variety of duties to support areas of responsibilities.
·       Provides services internal and external requiring a high level of project management and operations expertise.
·       Must have proficiency presenting to high level executives

Skills & Requirements
·       Required bachelor's degree with a preferred bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or other related healthcare, business, or science field preferred
·       Required 5 years relevant work experience, including 2 years of experience managing medium to large-sized projects
·       A master's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or other related healthcare, business, or science field may substitute for two years of relevant work experience
