Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for plumbing customers, responsible for answering inquiries, scheduling service calls, and providing outstanding support from the first phone call through to job completion.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with plumbing-related service requests  
• Schedule and confirm service appointments for plumbing technicians  
• Coordinate daily plumbing schedules to ensure efficient job dispatching  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history  
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and urgency  
• Communicate clearly with technicians, dispatchers, and management  
• Follow up on completed jobs to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback  
• Support invoicing, payment collection, and basic office tasks as needed  

Qualifications: 

• Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills 
• Previous customer service experience; home services or plumbing industry a plus   
• Organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize  
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office  
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude  
• Dependable and team-oriented  
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
