RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist technical experts with preparation and validation of procurement documentation.
- Control and track material movement.
- Complete and manage Monthly Status Reports (MSRs).
- Conduct market research on procurement items to compare costs, value, availability, etc.
- Track status of Procurement Requests (PRs).
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Resolve inventory-tracking issues and discrepancies.
- Audit goods, materials, and equipment received.
- Coordinate and maintain audit readiness, ensuring property items are tagged and recorded.
- Occasional travel may be required for this position.
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with logistics support.
- Experience in analyzing and preparing logistics documentation and plans.
- Proficient in: Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Adobe.
- Valid Maryland Driver’s License.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution. On the Job (OJT) experience substitution is acceptable.
CLEARANCE:
Ability to obtain Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
