Description
We are seeking Technical Specialists to provide support across data analysis, visualization, troubleshooting, and mission systems integration. This position offers flexibility to hire at either the Intermediate or Senior level depending on candidate qualifications.
This role is contingent upon funding award and requires onsite presence at the USCG St. Elizabeths campus three days per week.

Responsibilities Include:
- Perform data analysis and visualization using Tableau, Esri Portal, and Oracle Business Enterprise Edition.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and conduct use case analysis to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders to identify and resolve technical platform issues.
- Design and improve systems and processes to enhance portfolio and program management (senior-level).
- Advise leadership on technical strategies and industry-standard solutions (senior-level).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Experience with data analysis, visualization, and business context evaluation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management systems.
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, PowerBI, Tableau, and related technologies.
- Intermediate: 5–8 years of experience; Senior: 10–12+ years with at least 2 years Federal experience (DHS preferred).
