What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other key stakeholders.
- Educate potential clients on Dragonfly Health’s services, including pharmacy and DME solutions.
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions to optimize patient care.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Track and report sales activities and performance metrics to achieve goals and KPIs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings.
- Represent Dragonfly Health at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client partnerships.
What we look for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or healthcare-related fields.
- Proven success in sales or client-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
- Familiarity with DME, pharmacy services, or healthcare technology is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
