What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Educate potential clients on Dragonfly Health’s services, including pharmacy and DME solutions.
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions to optimize patient care.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Track and report sales activities and performance metrics to achieve goals and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings.
  • Represent Dragonfly Health at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client partnerships.

What we look for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or healthcare-related fields.
  • Proven success in sales or client-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
  • Familiarity with DME, pharmacy services, or healthcare technology is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
