What You'll Do:

• Be the hero customers need—coordinate timely appliance repairs with our expert technicians or trusted service partners.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text to ensure a smooth experience.
• Provide clear, accurate info about service options and warranty coverage.
• Document every interaction with precision and professionalism.
• Use your critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and empathetic.
• A team-first attitude and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to excellence.
• Tech-savvy mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong typing skills (40+ WPM).
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Successful completion of pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening

Perks & Pay:

• $20.00–$23.00/hour + up to $140 bi-weekly incentive plan
• $1,500 hiring bonus!
• Extra $1.25–$1.75/hour based on performance
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (Training: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM for 2 weeks)
• On-site at our St. Paul Corporate Office (near Dale Street & I-94 East)
