Monks is looking for a Senior Account Payables Analyst who will be responsible for the day to day running of the account payables function.
Responsibilities
- Oversees invoice processing related matters.
- Timely payment proposal.
- Perform credit card and reimbursements reconciliations.
- Vendor accounts maintenance, open items management, quality checks and controls.
- Help to solve Accounts payable issues, give support to casual buyers and business units, auditors and accounting.
- Produce monthly account payables reconciliation reports.
- Play an active role during month end close.
- Comply with company policies, processes and values.
Requirements
- 2-4 years’ experience in Account Payables. Knowledge of basic accounting is highly valued.
- Understanding of procure-to-pay complete process.
- Strong team player with excellent people and communication skills.
- Work in collaborative and multicultural organizations.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Spanish native and advanced english (Proven TOEFL over 90/120 is a plus)
- Scholarship: Advanced student or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar.
