- Support the events manager with administrative tasks and client communications.
- Monitor event timelines and budgets to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide on-site support during events, handling last-minute adjustments as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or customer service is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and organizational tools.
