Our Venues Operations team are currently seeking a part-time Program Relations & Event Logistics Supervisor. In this role, you will facilitate and perform various team-based tasks that contribute to the success of special events and daily programming in Greenfield Village and Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation. Assists the Registration Team while adhering to the established standards of conduct set by The Henry Ford. Reports to the Administrative Services Manager.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Performs tasks which assist with the processing of participant data and related communications.
• Prepares and updates event documents in a timely, professional and accurate manner, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Provides excellent customer service, consistent with strong emphasis on core hospitality principles as established by the institution.
• Supports the Venue Operations Team with general clerical activities such as mailings, scheduling appointments, copying, scanning, and file management.
• Performs duties in a professional, customer-focused manner, in-person, on the phone and via email, while maintaining confidentiality.
• Contributes to the effective team management of all problems, issues and opportunities.
• Provides guest and participant care and leadership during Event Check-In and special program dates.
• Participates in various training sessions as required.
• Performs other activities as necessary.
• Coordinates and supervises volunteer support related to special events.
• Assists in preparing contract materials for institutional events, ensuring accuracy and timely completion to support event planning and execution.
Your Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent with
• 1-3 years of office experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe software
• Must be available to work weekdays, as well as some weekend, evening, early morning and holidays.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL/ENVIRONMENTAL
Physical: Sitting, Standing, Walking, Reaching, Handing, Grasping, Eye/Hand/Foot Coordination, Keyboarding, Repetitive Motions: Frequently. Lifting, carrying, pulling and pushing: Occasional, up to 50 lbs. Unless noted here, other physical requirements are minimal or not applicable.
Mental: Critical thinking, problem solving, strategic planning, analytical skills, attention to details/concentration, pressures related to meeting deadlines, distracting influences such as people, phone calls, noise, etc.
Environment: 75% normal office
25% varied (hot, cold, humid or inclement weather, dusty and allergen-filled)
