Maintenance Technician at Diversified Power International LLC

Description

Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks including supporting daily manufacturing operations and equipment and maintaining effective preventive maintenance plans.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems and machine control issues and equipment performance improvement projects.

Maintain plant equipment and perform any general maintenance.

Perform preventive maintenance of critical plant equipment on a regular basis.

Repair building components, utility systems and mechanical and electrical equipment.

Provide a high level of troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair of plant equipment and equipment components which include but are not limited to autoclaves, freeze dryers, sealers, filling equipment, mixers, compressors, pumps, piping, and plumbing component.

Light electrical work occasionally.

Requirements

Qualifications

High school diploma of mechanical systems repair.

Requires familiarity with GMP in a clean room setting.

Must follow safety rules and ensure compliance with state and federal OSHA & EPA regulation and laws.

Working Electrical Experience

Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Must reside in Tri Cities, TN.
