JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead, expand, and continuously optimize our Global HR Shared Services function. This role will be responsible for overseeing multiple HR process areas, managing a team of Team Leads and HR Operations Specialists, and driving global initiatives to strengthen service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with proven expertise in project management, service delivery, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement across diverse geographies.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Leadership & People Management
- Lead and mentor Team Leads and HR Operations Specialists across multiple countries, fostering a high-performance, service-oriented culture.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of HR operations, ensuring SLA adherence, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with global HR stakeholders to align shared services with organizational priorities and evolving needs.
- Lead & Support global HR Operations projects, including process standardization, technology implementation, and service expansion (e.g., onboarding, advisory, payroll integration).
- Develop and maintain regular reporting and performance metrics to track the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
- Continuously analyze HR data to identify trends, improve employee experience, and implement solutions to operational challenges.
- Partner with IT and HR Systems teams to optimize HRIS and self-service tools for scalability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and internal governance standards.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, finance, and other teams to support the execution of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to align global HR projects, process improvements, and service delivery standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a global organization.
- Strong knowledge of global HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, compliance, and benefits administration.
- Experience leading and developing teams, with a focus on driving results and enhancing employee experience.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment while maintaining a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in a shared services or centralized HR environment is highly preferred.
