As Administration Officer and Rag Sales, you’ll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered, contributing to the meaningful work of Queensland’s leading charity retail brand. Everyday our 120 stores across Queensland sell donated goods, giving pre-loved items a second life and bringing in profit to support our Crisis Support Line and suicide prevention services.

Your part in our Lifeline team
We are looking for someone to join our team who is motivated in achieving /exceeding SALES Targets and being part of a team that strives for excellence in supporting our shops. As our Rag Sales & Administration Officer, your mission will be to drive the successful operation, performance and profitability of Rag Sales.
You undertake a range of duties including but not limited to:
Build, maintain and facilitate Rag Sales including tasks such as; managing call lists, taking customer orders and managing accounts receivable accounts
Contributing to the operational team activities through providing administrative support services, ensuring a premium consumer experience and driving business results to grow Lifeline as an essential service.
Reception duties including the delivery of high standard customer service to both external and internal customers
Assist with financial duties including processing invoices, receipts, and administering petty cash when required

Provide exceptional customer service including greeting clients and maintaining a welcoming and tidy reception.
Prepare reports and other documentation using Microsoft Office and/or other business software, along with the maintenance of databases and other recording/information systems
Support our retail stores with the production of tickets and sundry administration needs
Work with Purchasing and inventory control systems as required
Embrace the organisation’s mission, values and future directions
Demonstrate daily discipline though effective management of own time, meeting performance expectations and personal deadlines for projects or other work-related tasks
