Yellowstone Club’s Outdoor Pursuits department is currently seeking candidates for Billing & Payroll Coordinator. The purpose of the Billing & Payroll Coordinator is to assist in carrying out and overseeing all aspects related to the billing and payroll functions required by the division.
Major Responsibilities
- Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding service in a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
- Empowered to guarantee total Member satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our Members at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our Members and guests and assure that all transactions are handled in a legal and ethical manner.
- Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for team members, Members, and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact the Assistant General Manager or Human Resources immediately.
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Yellowstone Club team members to foster and promote a positive working environment.

- Provide billing and payroll support.
- Create daily instructor activity sign-out sheets.
- Input daily activity information into billing database.
- Create and import daily member billing files.
- Manage the allocation of applicable service fees.
- Perform audits of financial spreadsheets and payroll data to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Management of corporate credit cards.
- Invoice and receipt coding.
- Receive, document and monitor inventory.
- Receive and track cash payments.
Experience/Education Required
- Enthusiasm for the outdoors.
- Undergraduate degree and 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience/Education Preferred
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
- 1+ year(s) of work experience in an Accounting, Finance or Administrative role.
