What does a great Project Manager do?

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about driving strategic initiatives to successful outcomes. This role is ideal for a proven leader with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and the ability to influence teams and leadership levels.

You will lead complex, high-impact projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, stakeholder expectations, and organizational standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-level projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Own project planning, execution, and delivery, including schedule, scope, risk, and issue management.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders, providing clear communication and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and financial tracking with precision.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across departments and leadership levels.
  • Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members to elevate delivery standards.
  • Champion continuous improvement and process optimization across the project lifecycle.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive project management experience, including leading enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects in matrixed environments.
  • PMP and/or CSM certification strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, and Jira
