Candidates should have outstanding communication skills, be a self-motivator, with ability to work independently and efficiently in an industrial-type environment! 


Key Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer sites based on service requests, urgency, and technician availability.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm service appointments, provide updates, and address inquiries or concerns.
  • Handle incoming phone calls.
  • Monitor and track the progress of service jobs to ensure timely completion and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure necessary resources and information are provided to technicians for each service job; details include-location, equipment, custom instructions/notes, job details.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of service requests, technician assignments, and customer communications using Miracle Service system.
  • Manage multiple databases with accurate data.
  • Analyze and optimize routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Generate reports on service activities, technician performance, and customer satisfaction metrics as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs when assisting with miscellaneous duties.
  • Execute additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. 


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Miracle Service, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on finding practical and efficient solutions.
