Bearbeitung laufender Buchhaltungsaufgaben wie Verwaltung des Posteingangs, Verarbeitung von Rechnungen, Erstellen von Zahlläufen und Abstimmung offener Posten.
Durchführung technischer Prüfungen und Abstimmungsarbeiten zur Sicherstellung von Genauigkeit und Compliance.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Lead-Accounts-Payable-Team, um reibungslose Arbeitsabläufe sicherzustellen.
Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Projektarbeiten und Ad-hoc-Aufgaben.
Your Profile
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich (oder gleichwertige Erfahrung).
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Starke numerische und analytische Fähigkeiten mit hoher Detailgenauigkeit.
Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel. Grundkenntnisse in Buchhaltungstools wie Business Central sind ein Plus!
Hervorragende organisatorische und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten.
