Supporting with the implementation of
administrative processes in the Learning Management System
Assisting at onboarding events for new
employees
Organization of training measures, e.g.
appointment scheduling, participant management and communication,
coordination with trainers, co-moderation of appointments
Quality management of trainings by
collecting feedback via Survalyzer, conducting feedback sessions with
trainers etc.
Creation of KPI's
Supporting with administrative tasks
Requirements
Bachelor or Master student in the field of
economics, psychology or communication
Teamwork-orientation
Good communication skills and customer
orientation
Very good written and spoken English and
German language skills
Self-initiative action and structured
working method
Experienced in using MS Office
