Job Summary
We’re seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with 7+ years of experience to join a world-class engineering team at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and embedded systems. In this role, you will design, secure, and automate cloud infrastructure that powers LLM-backed digital health companions and radar-based patient monitoring. The ideal candidate is an AWS expert with deep knowledge of Kubernetes, IaC practices, and CI/CD automation, coupled with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and operation of cloud infrastructure for scalable, secure, and highly available services.
Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployments across multiple environments.
Monitor and tune production systems for uptime, performance, and cost efficiency using modern observability tools.
Collaborate with software and hardware engineers to support radar sensing, LLM workloads, and real-time communication.
Design and enforce Infrastructure-as-Code practices with Terraform, Helm, or equivalent tools.
Manage Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS), including deployments, upgrades, scaling, and debugging.
Implement automated alerting, monitoring, and remediation workflows.
Ensure system security and compliance through automated audits, IAM best practices, and secrets management.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering (non-negotiable).
Expert-level AWS experience (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, ECS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch).
Strong skills in Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration.
Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK).
Experience with CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins).
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog).
Skilled in scripting/automation (Python, Bash, or Go).
Strong Linux administration, networking, and system security knowledge.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum workflows, Git, and DevOps best practices.
Exceptional problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
