The Regional Vice President’s primary duty is managing his or her region, including total responsibility for their direct reports, with a specific focus on building culture, driving consistent and standardized execution, driving performance to plan, and appropriately resolving conflict in the assigned regional franchises.

·       Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position. Position is required to work all hours necessary to ensure business functions are fulfilled, including nights, weekends, holidays. Travel will be required.

·       Assume and exercise total overall responsibility of your direct reports regional and franchises.

·       Ensure that Regional and Franchise leadership communication be complete from top to bottom.

·       Ensure that standard processes are implemented and utilized for efficiency and consistency.

·       Ensure that cultural fit and performance are in line with expectations.

·       Ensure that Market Development is Best in Class and Best in ability.

·       Ensure Operational Excellence in all business operations.

·       Lead and oversee all business metric objectives.

·       Manage and protect the regional franchise P & L.

·       Lead and protect all franchise and regional security and compliance with corporate security policies and procedures.

·       Communicate with SVP - Chief Business Operations Officer on all relevant issues.

·       Lead and oversee strategic growth objectives.

·       Lead and oversee all franchise and corporate policies and procedures.

·       Experience: At least 5 plus years of Management Experience as well as at least 5 years of experience in related fields: (or other comparable experience approved by management); Required
