Taylor Management is seeking a highly organized and proactive Onsite Community Manager to lead and manage our residential community in a vibrant and customer-focused manner. In this position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining community standards and enhancing residents' quality of life. Salary range is $75-$85,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring all maintenance and administrative functions run smoothly.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and board members, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts.
  • Coordinate community events and activities that foster engagement and participation.
  • Manage budget and financial processes, preparing reports for board review.
  • Supervise staff and manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality services are delivered.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in property management or community association management.
  • Strong understanding of homeowner association operations and compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in property management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
  • Relevant certifications (such as CMCA or AMS) are strongly preferred.
