In this position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining community standards and enhancing residents' quality of life. Salary range is $75-$85,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring all maintenance and administrative functions run smoothly.
- Build strong relationships with residents and board members, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts.
- Coordinate community events and activities that foster engagement and participation.
- Manage budget and financial processes, preparing reports for board review.
- Supervise staff and manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality services are delivered.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in property management or community association management.
- Strong understanding of homeowner association operations and compliance.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in property management software and MS Office Suite.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
- Relevant certifications (such as CMCA or AMS) are strongly preferred.
