Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer located in Largo, FL. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, assisting the sales team in developing solutions, and ensuring that products meet customer specifications. Daily tasks include preparing and delivering presentations and quotations, coordinating with engineering teams, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications

· Sales Engineering and Sales skills, 7+ years sales experience

· Technical Support and Customer Service skills

· Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

· BS/MS in Optics, Physics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 

· Proven experience in a similar role within the industry

· Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

· Willingness to travel as needed

· Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills, understanding of sales process.

· Experience utilizing Salesforce customer relationship management software (CRM)

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
