Pacific Cycle is hiring a Marketing Coordinator! This exciting opportunity plays a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives across retail and digital channels. This position is responsible for coordinating campaigns, managing content and materials for retail partners, and ensuring brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.

This role is based out of Madison, WI corporate office and is eligible to participate in the company's Hybrid work program; working in the office 3 days and eligible to work remotely 2 days. 

Below you will find a few (but not all) of the main responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across mass retail and eCommerce channels. 
  • Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with sales, creative, and digital teams. 
  • Maintain marketing calendars to ensure timely delivery of assets and content across all channels. 
  • Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support campaign execution. 
  • Develop and manage retailer-specific sell-in decks and presentation materials, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and customer requirements. 
  • Manage and optimize product pages and content on retailer.com platforms, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and SEO best practices.
  • Support stage gate planning by partnering with product development to ensure marketing deliverables are aligned with lifecycle phases.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials including packaging, point-of-sale displays, digital ads, and email campaigns.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer goods or retail/eCommerce. 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools and digital marketing platforms a plus. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency. 
  • Exposure to mass retail marketing (e.g., Walmart, Target, Costco) preferred. 
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Instacart) preferred. 
  • Basic understanding of digital analytics and performance metrics.
