Manages the purchasing, planning, inventory, warehouse, and order fulfillment functions across facilities. Ensures customer needs and requirements are met with each product, shipment, and delivery.
Responsibilities:- Upholds the master production schedule and supports progress of production orders.
- Manages material transactions from receiving to shipping.
- Works closely with Logistics teams to ensure all shipments are managed effectively through internal controls and policies in accordance with customer expectations. Ensures shipment compliance with company standards and policies.
- Monitors and supports customer shipment requirements to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
- Maintains inventory control, inventory levels, and execution of cycle counting and monthly and annual inventory.
- Upholds logistics policies and agreements, including mode, carrier, and supplier agreements that benefit the overall business.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement process by identifying areas of improvement.
- Leads, mentors, and manages team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Directly manages shipping, receiving and assembly departments

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, planning, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification a plus.
Experience Requirements
- Five years of experience in supply chain, production control, or related field.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry required.
