- Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients in a professional, empathetic manner
 - Build rapport and trust while promoting services or solutions as needed
 - Manage patient information in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations
 - Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, and processes
 - Document call details and maintain accurate records in the CRM or patient management system
 - Meet and exceed performance targets for patient engagement and sales conversions
 - Work closely with the team to identify opportunities for improved patient communication and service delivery
 
Hard Requirements:
- Proven experience in both customer service and sales roles (medical industry experience preferred)
 - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
 - Strong empathy and rapport-building abilities
 - Experience handling sensitive medical information with strict confidentiality
 - Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
 - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology (preferred)
 - Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
 - Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and a quiet workspace
 - 2+ years in a medical call center or healthcare-related role
 - Experience in outbound sales within a healthcare context
 - Knowledge of CRM systems and call center software
 
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
 - Monday to Friday
 - 9AM–6PM US Eastern Standard Time
 
Offer and Benefits:
- $5-$6USD/hour
 - HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.
