We’re on a bold journey to transform how we work, deliver, and transport growing numbers of passengers - and we’re looking for an experienced change leader to help enable enterprise-wide change that sticks.

Key accountabilities include:

Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of change practitioners fostering a culture of professional development, continuous improvement and innovation in change delivery.
  • Manage resource allocation across projects, ensuring optimal workload distribution and alignment with strategic priorities and appropriate cost recovery from project budgets.
  • Support Change Managers embedded in the business.

Change Strategy and Delivery

  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for the Transformation Program, including communication, training, and support activities, to ensure successful change adoption.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of change management activities across all projects.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives, ensuring that potential issues are proactively addressed.

Change Centre of Excellence

  • Design, embed and maintain a comprehensive change management framework, toolkit and templates that aligns with the organisation's strategic goals and objectives and best practices for change management.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and trends in change management and continuously improve the change management framework and processes.
  • Build organisational capability in change through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with senior leadership, project teams, and other stakeholders to understand change impacts and ensure alignment of change activities with business priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on change matters across the organisation.
  • Collaborate closely with the EPMO, Transformation Program Manager, Corporate Planning, and other key functions.

Portfolio and Planning

  • Contribute to portfolio-level planning and prioritisation with clear consideration of business change load.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, monitor change impacts at an enterprise level and provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
