We are currently seeking to appoint a Program Manager tasked with leading innovative and best practice programs within the Program Delivery Team.

The program team work directly with the business to ensure we deliver initiatives of strategic value that improve the experience of our customers and our people. We work on the big rock opportunities that deliver real value for the people of NSW. 

In this role you will:

  • Overseeing the delivery of portfolio of enhancements and projects 
  • Negotiate and define team and project priorities 
  • Resolve project inter-dependencies, resourcing, funding, issues, and risks 
  • Lead sourcing activities 
  • Report on project progress and status 
  • Develop cases for change and variations to support approved funding 

 In this role you will develop an integrated program schedule and lead informed discussion on key decisions across multi-stream programs and identify dependencies and risks to the schedule.

 You will also support reporting on progress to Ministers, other agencies, the Deputy Secretary and Steer Cos and track delivery to support accurate reporting on program progress.

 To be successful in this role you will bring: 

  •  Demonstrated extensive experience in leading and delivering digital and non-digital programs/projects 
  •  Agile project management experience 
  •  The ability to motivate and influence both internal and external stakeholders 
  •  Experience delivering on a portfolio of projects 
  •  Experience in project delivery methodologies 
  •  Vendor management capabilities 
  •  Experience in leading stakeholder engagement and reporting 
  •  Team leadership capabilities 
  •  Business knowledge of the Taxes & Grants team 

 We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible team players who can lead initiatives that promote and communicate the value of Taxes & Grants programs across Revenue and DCS. In this role you will create, coordinate, and deliver internal and external communications to facilitate successful outcomes and ensure alignment to our vision.

Salary Grade 11/12, with the base salary for this role starting at $149,739 base plus superannuation
