Muncy, Geissler, Olds & Lowe, P.C., a top 20 boutique intellectual property law firm, is looking for a motivated and detail-driven IP Trademark Assistant to join our team. What You’ll Do

Every day will bring something new as you:

  • Manage and coordinate U.S. trademark prosecution from filing to registration.
  • Keep deadlines on track by docketing USPTO and client correspondence.
  • Communicate directly with clients, reporting out applications, Office Action responses, renewals, assignments, and other key filings.
  • Proofread, format, and prepare documents for attorney review.
  • Assist with billing, docket management, and generating reports.
  • Maintain client files and open new matters with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance with USPTO and firm procedures while supporting attorneys and special projects.

Requirements

  

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of trademark or IP law firm experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person!).
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer literacy — proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook required; Excel a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a remote setting.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
