Our fast-paced local produce market and garden center has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for a full-time Produce & Garden Center Lead. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong customer service skills.

As a Carpinito Brothers Associate, you will play an important role in providing friendly customer service and maintaining customer loyalty. You will be responsible for merchandising fresh local produce and garden center plants while maintaining strict quality standards. The typical schedule for this position is 9:00am - 6:00pm or 10:00am – 7:00pm.

 

Duties and responsibilities include:

· Stocking and Merchandising Perishables

· Rotating Inventory

· Maintaining Quality of Fresh Produce and Green House Plants

· Interacting with Customers

· 40 hours Plus Overtime per Week

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Pay $19 to $25 per hour Depending on      Experience

Requirements

· Garden Center experience a plus!

· Perishable Goods Experience a plus!

· Work weekends

· Ability to secure a Washington State Food Handlers Card 

Able to Lift & Move 50lbs
