Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Lead in the Community: Be the face of INB in your area, building relationships with businesses, organizations, and community members.
- Inspire Your Team: Recruit, coach, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve branch goals.
- Drive Growth: Expand customer relationships, grow deposits, and promote INB’s innovative products.
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, and a welcoming branch environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise branch staff in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Focus on the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of staff; interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications
- A natural leader with strong community connections.
- Experience in banking, sales leadership, or financial center management (5+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and coaching skills - you enjoy helping people grow.
- Business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain NMLS registration (SAFE Act requirement).

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, with an ability to quickly learn other bank related programs

Salary: $59,000-$70,000 base salary + incentive opportunity
