Description

In your role as an Inventory/Billing Clerk, you will oversee inventory levels and provide administrative assistance to our maintenance department.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:
• Inventory management
o Manage inventory levels
o Research and report quotes to purchasing for purchase orders
o Check in orders and put parts away
o Collect invoices to turn into AP weekly
o Collaborate with supervisors at satellite yards to help maintain inventory
• Sourcing Parts- Calls around to source hard to find parts when needed
• Perform end of month counts and reports to Accounts Payable
• Enter work orders into Fullbay software to account for where the parts went.
• Reconcile any discrepancies with inventory data

Qualifications


Candidate Profile

The successful candidate profile includes:

• Banking experience preferrable
• High school diploma required
• Experience within inventory control
• Strong communication and math skills
• Good attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office

Location & Travel

The Inventory/Billing Clerk will work onsite at the company’s transfer station in Detroit, MI and will require weekly travel to our Romulus yard.
