Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 base + performance incentives
What You’ll Do
As our Business Development Manager, you'll lead all new business development efforts at ITG. You’ll own the full sales development lifecycle—from identifying and qualifying prospects to building strategic partnerships and closing high-value deals. You’ll collaborate with leadership but be trusted to operate independently and make smart, strategic decisions to drive growth.
Core Responsibilities
• Identify and prospect new clients using phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person networking.
• Build and execute sales outreach campaigns to convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
• Manage and update CRM (e.g., HubSpot) with detailed pipeline activity and progress tracking.
• Develop referral relationships and strategic partnerships that support lead generation.
• Represent ITG at events, webinars, and conferences relevant to target markets.
• Develop deep knowledge of ITG’s cybersecurity and HIPAA-compliant solutions to confidently articulate client value.
• Report market feedback and help refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and outreach strategy.
What You Bring
• 3+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships roles.
• Proven experience managing a sales pipeline and closing deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Experience in a B2B tech or MSP environment preferred.
• Bonus: Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare compliance, or security-first industries.
