We are seeking a versatile and dynamic professional to join our team as a Project Manager / Agency Commercial Producer. This hybrid role bridges strategic planning and creative execution, ensuring marketing campaigns and commercial content come to life with precision, creativity, and efficiency. You’ll be at the center of multidisciplinary teams, orchestrating projects across broadcast, digital, experiential, and social platforms.

Responsibilities:

We are especially interested in candidates with experience producing consumer-focused commercial content, particularly in industries such as beauty and personal care, food and beverage, and/or automotive. A strong understanding of audience-driven storytelling and lifestyle branding is a plus.

  • Lead end-to-end project management across integrated advertising campaigns including broadcast, digital, print, experiential, and branded content.
  • Manage brand activations, sweepstakes, and promotional events from planning through execution, ensuring legal compliance, brand alignment, and audience engagement.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, scopes of work, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate internal teams (creative, strategy, media, production) and aexternal vendors to meet project milestones and deadlines.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, budget tracking, and risk management practices.
  • Ensure deliverables meet agency and client expectations regarding quality, budget, and timing.
  • Maintain clear communication with account teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Select creative partners—such as directors, photographers, and editors—who align with the vision and will elevate the creative output.
  • Produce commercial shoots (broadcast, digital, and social) from pre-production through post.
  • Manage bidding, budgeting, and production logistics in partnership with creative and production teams.
  • Source and negotiate with production vendors, crew, and talent.
  • Supervise shoots on-set (in-person or remote) ensuring creative integrity and efficient execution.
  • Liaise with business affairs, traffic, and post-production to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Ensure usage rights and legal requirements are fully addressed during production.
  • Champion best practices in sustainable and inclusive production.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in a within an advertising or in-house agency. Production company experience is a benefit.
  • Strong understanding of brand activations, sweepstakes compliance, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of video production workflows, production budgeting, and creative development.
  • Demonstrated experience in producing consumer-facing content for sectors such as beauty and personal care, food and beverage, and automotive is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with both in-person and remote collaboration.
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Teams, Monday, Smartsheet, Workfront) and production platforms (e.g., Wrapbook, Slack).
