Salary:  Starting at $25 / hour - depending on education / experience

 

Job Summary

Performs in a highly responsible manner, overseeing varied and complex administrative duties while exercising independent judgment and collaborative decision-making.  Responsible for assisting in the administration and coordination of executive and senior level communications, correspondence and scheduling.  This position is full-time and currently based in Langhorne, PA.

Responsibilities:
  • Serves as administrative coordinator for Woods Legal to coordinate calendars, meetings filing, correspondence, document collection and production of discovery in litigation matters and various duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Provides accurate and effective administrative support in a timely manner.
  • Assists in the coordination of scheduling for Woods Legal.
  • Maintains calendars.
  • Drafts correspondence and develops PowerPoint presentations for executive and senior leadership.
  • Assists in managing the administration of various policies, procedures, schedules, orientations, trainings, agendas, presentations, as well as other events.  
  • Maintains and updates legal files and documents.
  • Must be able to effectively represent the interests of WSOC in writing as well as verbally.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within WSOC and its affiliates as to legal and related matters.
  • Other duties as assigned by the SEVP/Chief Legal Officer and Associate Counsel.
Qualifications:
  • Experience as a legal secretary or assistant required.
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree and experience managing complex administrative duties in a legal or law related environment.
  • Excellent customer and constituent services, administrative, organizational and writing skills.
  • Must effectively set priorities, take initiative, and use sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Integrity, honesty, confidentiality and discretion are essential.
  • Must have excellent word processing skills and superior knowledge of a variety of software packages including Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom, Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Must have a valid drivers’ license and use of a reliable automobile.
