ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Work with the global Trintech team in managing all facets of contract operations, drafting, contract review, storage, workflows and administration duties, ensuring that contracts are administered, closed and stored in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Respond to requests and provide information to appropriate internal business stakeholders regarding contract or project status.
- Track contract activity, authorizations, and correspondence.
- Ensure contract execution in accordance with applicable deadlines, and company policies.
- Research contract history and customer terms on request from internal stakeholders.
- Assist in updating and revising procurement policies and practices.
- Assists in audits, reviews, reporting, and other special projects as required.
- Perform other legal and contract support functions as requested.
- Participate in relevant external trainings as requested or required for business purposes of Trintech
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
Experience & Industry Knowledge
- 5+ years of experience in contracts, vendor management, operations/workflow management, and purchase/expense management or due diligence.
- Some experience in the global technology or software industry preferred.
Contract & Document Management
- Experience in contract review, redlining, and understanding of contract terms and processes.
- Proficient in document management and application reporting.
Technical Proficiency
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel (basic), and Adobe (including editing functions).
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Concur applications.
Communication & Collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, including active listening, social awareness, and effective collaboration with legal teams and cross-functional partners to support corporate objectives.
Organization & Problem-Solving
- Strong organizational, reading comprehension, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
