Summary:

The MarCom Manager has two direct reports — a Communications Specialist and an Internal Communications Specialist — and provides leadership, direction, and development to ensure their work aligns with company objectives and marketing priorities. The role also contributes to both high-level and campaign-level messaging frameworks and ensures they are effectively implemented across channels.

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the integrated marketing and communications strategy to support corporate, product, and brand objectives.
  • Contribute to high-level and campaign messaging frameworks in partnership with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Government Relations.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and brand voice across PR, campaigns, internal communications, and executive communications.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop two direct reports (Communications Specialist and Internal Communications Specialist).
  • Oversee press release planning and distribution, white papers, presentations, media engagement, and executive messaging.
  • Oversee employee communications including intranet, newsletters, town halls, and leadership messaging.
  • Ensure all communications reflect Frontgrade’s strategic priorities and brand standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Government Relations, HR, and senior leadership.
  • Support major announcements, company initiatives, executive communications, and events.
  • Drive brand-to-demand communications that create awareness, build credibility, and generate measurable impact.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or communications, including at least 2 years in a leadership or people-management role.
  • Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
  • Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
